Jana change Kelthaare! So give it from the title is the thought of this new team headed by Nagesh Kyalanuru. He has written story, screenplay and also directed this movie. The bits and pieces of his movie was screened on the first media meet of the film.

Nagesh travelled in the camp of Phani Ramachandra, Milana Prakash as assistant. He has now travelled Bengaluru, Chikkaballapura, Baadami, Aihole, Bagepalli, Manaali and other surroundings for the shoot.

It is a slum love of the two protagonists. What hiccups they face in their lower strata in the society is the concept. When his love does not materialise we see the ‘Rakshas’ avatar in the hero.

Rag picker is the hero Sheetal Raj, female protagonist Mrudala hails from Hubballi. Both are newcomers. Padma Vasanthi, Mico Nagaraj, Mohan Juneja plus newcomer Kushboo is antagonist in the film. Subburaj of Telugu films is making debut in this film because of his friendship with director Nagesh.

Nagamurthy Palasandra has written dialogues, five songs are scored by music director Sriharsha. Prem Rakshit of Mumbai Hindi films is dance director for two songs,

An agriculturist CL Nagaraj, Kutuganurua and Raghu Kyalanooru are joint producers of this film. The first look of the film viewed by Dr Shivarajakumar appreciated the new team of ‘Premasura’.
